Sparrowhawk or buzzard

I couldn't decide whether this was a female sparrowhawk or a buzzard. After he flew off from this tree a crow decided to settle there.

Great capture. I thought sparrow hawks had yellow eyes - maybe I am wrong. I am sure there are other who will give you the correct ID.
