As I came out of Wood Lane, I heard the siren of a paramedic car coming along so decided to point my camera as it came round the bend. We live not far off the cross roads and hear emergency vehicles frequently rushing through the village as the A603 seems to attract idiotic drivers. Despite putting speed limits on the road, the traffic or should I say the drivers refuse to slow down and there are bends where this paramedic car is heading which are named the S beds for the reason that they are shaped that way. My accident was only 2 miles away in the next village and beyond the S bends as a car decided to overtake an artic lorry in what used to be a 40 mph limit which has now been reduced to 30 but people still exceed 40 let alone 30!
