Reed warbler by rosiekind

Reed warbler

You may not have any idea how difficult it is to capture reed warblers. They were flitting about in the reed bed at Priory and they blend in so well with the colour of the reeds. They are difficult to see and they are quite a way off so a crop is essential. I love my new camera and I think it has helped to get this shot although quick thinking is essential to spot them. The warblers always seem to sit low in the reeds so they are difficult to spot but I think they are lovely. This is SOOC apart from a crop and a frame put on in picmonkey
Wonderful capture,Rosie!! I see he's ringed,too!! Fav!!

@carolmw @lucypics I hadn't noticed the ring but I will find out whether the RSPB are interested to know about him. They chalk up at Priory the species of birds seen so I will also speak to them too. Thanks for your kind comments and for the Fav
