Steve has converted an old lawn mower into a tow-truck so that he can tow the trailer round the garden which we use to collect the leaves. All of these things are home made and I'm lucky to have a useful clever hubby who mends things. This week he has removed the cylinder in our airing cupboard which has had a leak on it for the whole 8 years we've been here but it has gradually got worse and when we came home from holiday the huge can that collected the water was full to the brim despite everything being switched off while we were away. The cylinder which was supposed to have been new when a friend of our plumbed it in was never right from the word go but it's taken a long time for Steve to cancel work in order to do it but it's fine now thank goodness.
