This little greenfinch sat on the feeder outside the kitchen window but I can't help thinking he may have the horrible disease that has killed so many in the past but I really hope not. He was eating OK but he didn't seem to be worried about me pointing my camera at him and I was very close although I was in the house. The other alternative explanation could be that he's just a young one and I hope that is the case.
Let's hope he is a youngster waiting for his mum to come and feed him! I haven't had any green finches in my garden this year. Normally they are the bullies on the feeders.
