Red legged partridge

I then walked along to the hide and saw this red legged partridge who apparently is quite tame. A chap from RSPB came into the hide and showed me some pics on his phone not only of this partridge but also a pheasant who was eating out of his hand! How amazing is that!

A couple of years ago we had a couple of them who used to visit our garden but I haven't seen them since.
