This young blackbird decided to cool off in the bird bath which I had cleaned and filled up last night. I'm just about to go and top them all up again as it is important to give the birds water as well as food. This weather they probably need it even more! Just like humans really and I've been round to one of my coffee mornings yesterday to remind the old people to make sure that they drink plenty so that they don't become dehydrated.
