Time to make sauce

The best red's are the red's right out of my garden, natural red. After this is done it will look much different, but still red. Oh, as I look at this I seem to have left out my secrete ingredient--sorry, The little bowl is brown sugar

Mr. Sun was not kind to use in Washington this year (our neck of the woods), so our tomatoes are still these little nubs, about thumb nail size.

Home made sauce from fresh veggies like this --- I don't think I have ever eaten any !!! Sorry --- I know I have never made any.

When my Dad and Mother would go out for spaghetti the Italian chef would come and ask how it was, My Dad would always say "well it is ok, but not as good as my wife's" They went out once in a while so she could have a break from cooking. They had been married almost 60 years when my Dad passed on.
