Staying with the RED theme well it might be a little off red to some people. Too bad you can't smell it. It sure smells better than ketchup at least that is my opinion. I was very pleased to see so many comments on the thread (time to make sauce) I really hope it is being taught to the children and grandchildren. Now I have to start another project, Beets. My wife is away for a week and I do this stuff when she is gone. I am not real tidy when doing things in her/our kitchen. But I do clean it up nice before she gets back.
