This is Delta Point, a former office block in Croydon that was occupied by British Telecom until about ten years ago, but is now converted into housing. The hospital scenes in The Dark Knight Rises were filmed here when the building was disused. Batman in Croydon? It's proof that he really does seek out dark and dangerous places.
