Greetings from Osterley Park

Osterley Park, in Isleworth, Middlesex, was originally owned by Sir Thomas Gresham, a merchant and advisor to Elizabeth I. It was purchased in 1711 by the banker Francis Child, and his son commissioned the neoclassical architect Robert Adam to remodel the house. This is Adam's spectacular entrance hall. The house has been used as a location for numerous films, including Batman's home in The Dark Knight Rises.
Wonderful image, and great history.
