Cabo Girão lays claim to being the highest sea cliff in the Europe. Although it is an impressive 570 metres (1,870 ft) tall, there are higher cliffs in Donegal, Iceland and Norway. It does have a glass viewing platform and a cable car so you can make the most of the view.
