What an awesome day, I went up today to the Broadwood A & P Show, I had not been up there for about 15 years and had forgotten what a beautiful place it is. It is a real country A&P and a real social gathering where everyone camps the night before my daughter and the grankids had heaps of new adventures swimming in the creek with all their friends and all the adults get a chance to socialize. To top the weekend off the grankids came home with heaps of ribbons, Shay winning her rider class which is always a great achievement and heaps of seconds and thirds and lots of prize money. Not to be outdone older sister Abby came home with reserve champion rider in her classes and also got heaps of other ribbons and prizemoney. Think they have decided to pool their prize money and put it towards buying a new helmet, since they have to share one helmet at the moment which is a bit big as is their mothers old show helmet.
The judge presents the ribbons in the rider classes to the rider( Hence why the rider is wearing this prestigious sash) as it is solely on their riding ability.
Nice to see you drop in again with a awesome picture of your granddaughter and her beautiful horse. congratulation to both your grandkids for doing so well.
