Wow what a beautiful day, a group of us went down to the beach, this is my daughter having a play in the water, I went for a huge walk as a friend had her kids riding so we walked the full lenght from the Ruakaka racecourse to the Marsden point oil refinery and then back. I am feeling it tonight it is the biggest walk I have done for a long time.
