Stuffing Vine Leaves by ruthmouch

Stuffing Vine Leaves

Stuffed vine leaves is a favourite meal, they are served with lots of plain yogourt and are healthy and delicious. I actually prefer preserved leaves rather than fresh as they seem to have more flavour. These come in a glass jar with absolutely nothing added. Instructions for use included "Soak in boiling water for several minutes and then take to the equator"!!!! I have absolutely no idea what was intended!
Nice shot! Looks sort of like the stuffed cabbage I make sometimes.

That looks a really traditional meal.....you will be bringing back all these lovely recipes to Wales....they are in for a treat....mind you would you get vine leaves in Monmouthshire? 🤔

My Nana was Greek and she would make these for us when I was young. So yummy. I'm sure the preserved ones would soften up the vine leaves a bit too. Enjoy!

FAbulous composition of course . I love the worn look of your cutting board. Going to the equator seems to be a bit extra to prepare a meal but it might be worth it! ;~}
