Day old lambs born in the comfort of a warm, dry shed spend a day or two in small groups so that they learn who’s mum before being turned out into the fields. Labelling ewes and lambs makes knowing who’s who so much simpler!
Beautiful photo thanks to your "models" and the lighting. Interesting to learn of this mother/child tracking method.
