Storm Clouds Over Bear River by rvwalker

Storm Clouds Over Bear River

We should have a foot of snow on the ground by now, but it has been too warm. The storms give us rain, except on the higher mountains surrounding the valley. This photo was taken about 10 miles (16 km) from my home and shows the Bear River and Preuss Range. The Bear River is the longest river in the USA that does not empty into an ocean. It terminates at the Great Salt Lake in Utah.
