Such mirror like water! Love the duplicate layers! And you know, I think I prefer this shot flipped - the reflected sky is so much richer than the actual one and nicer on top.

The pastel grey-blues depict a very different scene to the one we normally see... rather introspective.

It certainly does. What an interesting place to capture. I love the changes in tone.

@yrhenwr I told her David... would she have it - she would not :-((

@yrhenwr @vignouse Gentlemen, your comments are much appreciated and show a healthy interest in my project. I respect your views without necessarily sharing them...I'll make an effort to follow convention in future. Perhaps? ;-)

Now I don't dare venting my view on flipping stuff, however I like it both ways. Maybe best flipped, because I keep getting dizzy when I stand upside down to view it un-flipped ...

@yrhenwr @runner365 I give you both carte blanche to do your flipping raves etc. whenever you think fit.

@s4sayer Thank you, but I think it was merely a phase and now it's over :-)

It's a beautiful shades-of- blue capture and I would not have guessed the flip.

@s4sayer @quietpurplehaze @runner365 @vignouse If I might add.... reflections are not brighter than that which is reflected... it's Physics, some light energy is absorbed on reflection. It cannot reflect more than is incident upon it. I have a degree in Pedantry! :-)

@yrhenwr

Oh OK, David. I'm trying very hard not to be totally confused as my skill in Physics is akin to my skill in Maths. You did give me a chuckle and I'm now trying hard to think what I have a degree in - purple maybe..........(I'm also a bit of a pedant on the quiet.)
