I think that I shall never see... by s4sayer

I think that I shall never see...

...a poem as lovely as a tree. Having said that, am unsure what these trees are; needs must look more closely. I VML how trees without their leaves, baring their infrastructure, have a nobility we tend to forget when they are in full leaf mode.

On black, no brainer!
Beautifully architectural.

Yes...The intricacies of the trunk, branches, limbs are quite interesting and photographic.

Bare trees are always a favourite...

gnarly branches. I like the sprays of brush growing up from the bottom. Perhaps a meeting of elders, or a set of elders waiting for petitioners.

Wonderful on black to highlight those wonderful bare branches.

Like 3 old men sitting on the stone wall.

This is excellent! Great comp, extreme framing with the grass at the bottom of the frame and the 3 trees. Fav for sure...especially after seeing it on black. ;)
