It’s a huge pleasure to have a family bakery at Paimpont. Today was the first time that I'd seen the bread displayed like this - usually it's on display shelves on the bakery side of the counter. I commented to Sophie (Mme Baker) how attractive it looked, this nearer view for the customers.
Although perhaps better on black, I suggest it's best with butter.
