Paimpont village is in the throes of major roadworks. What you see here is the main axe North/South through the village...complemented by various items of sophisticated plant machinery, rarely seen in this neck of the woods. I took a later shot of the vehicle behind the white van. Its driver was furax (furious) and said I couldn’t take photos etc. So here is a photo I took before he went ape and wiped the floor with me. The French are phobic about having their photos taken. I thought it was better not to mention that by paying the French equivalent of rates, l/we are contributing to his salary...
I hope they won't be there long, I can imagine it's pretty disruptive as that seems like the hub of everything there!
I'm imaging that you smiled sweetly and said nothing to the ape ;)
Great capture of this road project and you managed to get some reflections :)...Let the rude driver's attitude roll off your back...next time be more sneaky :).
Oh là là, just imagine if you'd said what you thought about saying ... ! Nice image of the ongoing work - it's nice to document such things for when it's all finished and you can look back on this moment in time.
I'm imaging that you smiled sweetly and said nothing to the ape ;)
