After a relaxed lunch R went out for a walk and some time later M and l went for a ramble too. I was chatting to a neighbour, Marie. She lives with her partner...a field's distance opposite Vignouse. Thereafter, M & l continued along Horseguards (pic) and l espied R walking towards us from the far end of this splendid wooded lane. He wasn't near enough for M’s acute nasal ability, but given a cue...she dashed off to meet him. Returning together, I saw Marie again, who'd left out 6 freshly laid eggs from her hens for me at her gate in case she didn’t see me. Am humbled by friends' and neighbours' kindness and consideration. I hope we too can reciprocate accordingly.
This is a lovely view of your dogwalking path. The sky is blue and the sun is out resulting in nice reflections in the puddle or canal at the side of the road.
