I so love this dish - would have it for every meal if it was healthy! Your toast looks as if it was made from homemade bread and would have that lovely yeasty flavour!

Oh, that's a lovely rich image. I always wish I liked eggs more. I feel I miss out on a lot. This looks like delicious comfort food.
