New Windows, no 2

The plastic sheeting is the indoor mask for fitting the new sitting room window with roller shutters. The Team prepared the poly sheet on the inside before removing the window. I don't know they did it, but they did it with great aplomb without drama and minimum dust.

My description of the shutters was somewhat ambiguous. What I called shutters aren't...they are concealed blinds that descend over the windows. Better still, remote control switch on the wall enables to open and close at will. All I need now is a Jackanory storyteller...oh and a mug of tea!

@s4sayer Our daughter has blinds that do that in her new extension & we plan the same on our new big sliding doors windows. Not cheap but better than having to do it yourself every time. Will be interested to see how you like them!

Am made away with the integral blinds. Easy peasy...flip the switch...up or down...depending on time of day. Hey presto...better than Harry Corbett with Sooty and Sweep! Those were the days, my friend...
