Close Encounter with Geese

These geese had a long and wide path at their disposal...and clearly meant business when Mitzi and l stopped for a shot. Goose nearest to the gate made her presence heard whilst her cohorts kept an eagle on M and l. After a few minutes stand off, they turned tail and waddled whence they'd come. Phew! Mitzi and l survived another Close Encounter...

Geese do make great guards... but I prefer them on a plate!
