This tree I keep outside my front door. We bought it one Christmas and it was in a small pot, and unusually not just a rootless stump for once. All the roots were intact. So, after that Christmas was over, as it was still very much alive I put it outside with the rest of the plants (I wasn't just going to throw it away to die!) and eventually re-potted it. Since then it's done well, grown and enjoyed the outside fresh air again. It's even seen summers which for an ex-Xmas tree is something special. Yes, it is The Tree Who Lived.
