Female Rufous-sided Towhee by sailingmusic

Female Rufous-sided Towhee

Also known at an Eastern Towhee, this female was trying to find stuff in my yard to eat. Poor thing looked like something wanted a part of it with some loose feathers. Thanks to all who helped get my daffodils on the PP. Most appreciated and thanks for all your views, comments and favs. 5/2,3/2017PP

My Towhees visit every spring like an old couple in love. Every morning they peck at the windows. And I love theirsong.
