Big stuff going on down at one of my favorite local beaches. Everything is ready to go, they are just waiting for the pile driver to come over from where it has been anchored for months. The two small floats are what was in the water for the dinghy tie up. Now we're getting 4 floats and metal gangways I guess. Haven't quite sorted it all out. It has to be an improvement over what was there. Hopefully I will take a finished photo of the project. One problem is the area where everything is stored is where trucks and cars with trailers usually park. Now there is no parking for people who want to put their boat in for the day. I'm sure a few people are not happy because this is August, prime boating month!!
Oh dear, the timing certainly isn't good. A couple of years ago, our council decided to upgrade some of the local boat ramps at peak boating time. It didn't go down well :)
