Well so much for going a month without posting a picture of Kaela. Despite how she looks here Kaela is not at her best. She is suffering from Biliary (Tickbite Fever). She is not very impressed with me at the moment as she has to stay quiet, no running around like a looney. She has to take care that the infection doesn't enter her heart muscle.

@kwiksilver I could never take her ball away from her! She just cannot run around with it nearly as much for a few days. No going out for a walk either until next week as long as her breathing and temperature are normal.
@ericdibosco Thanks so much for that, Eric. I remember reading an article somewhere that to get the eyes in focus is paramount. The article related to portrait photography but I have tried to implement the idea when I do any animal, wildlife or bird photos. I will try to find the article and then I will post the link for you.

Thanks for all your wonderful comments and well wishes. Kaela is doing much better. In her head there is no longer anything wrong with her but to be on the safe side she still needs to be kept quite for the next few days.
