On Dry Land

For my get pushed challenge from Anne @365anne - ' So my challenge to you this week is to find something that is out of context and shoot it in any way that you wish.'

This boat is genuinely in a field down the road from us. We live at least 90 minutes from the ocean and there are no dam anywhere nearby that would be large enough to sail a yacht of this size on.

things like this always make me do a double take. i pass by a house during bus rides on weekend with a large boat on its very meagre front lawn. and it's too big to be hauled every time to the lake which is near but the streets are too narrow to haul the thing around. great response to your push. aces!

Such a shame, it must have been a really good boat in its time. We live near the sea and also latge rivers and the numbervof "wrecks" left all over the place in the water amazes me.
