The Crop Duster by salza

The Crop Duster

A local farmer uses this yellow single seater plane to fertilise his crops. I couldn't decide which picture I prefered so I have posted both of them.

I like how in the other one the plane stands out against the blue sky. I like how it stands out against the mountain in this one.

They are both wonderful shots but I love the way this one is set off against the mountain. It conveys such height!

This is a lovely capture against the mountain. Since it is all about the duster and not the mountain, I would suggest a crop from the left ( and perhaps bottom for the right dimensions) to place the plane more on a third, flying into the picture, rather than having it in the centre.

I like how the mountain creates the framing and the background for this plane.

It looks amazing against those sandy rocks, I think I prefer this one for the view of the mountains -it´s no secret that I love those

the detail of the plane is clearer on the other, this photo shows our magnificent mountains.

Tough choice - but I think this one, with the mountain backdrop, wins it for me. I agree, more or less, with Eric ( @ericdibosco ) but would hate to lose the shadows on the left. As I said, tough choice!
