This the the gable of a derelict old Cape Dutch farm house.

@eyesmile yes Gena, the house was originally built in 1769. It is only in the last 5 or so years that it has gone to wrack and ruin! I know about 8 years ago there were people living in it. There's a rumour that the house got badly damaged by fire but there's no visible evidence of fire damage!

this is derelict? wow! it looks quite nice and no sign of damage, fire or anything!

@summerfield only the exterior walls are still standing. There's no roof, doors, windows or window frames and the interior has been totally gutted. I'll post some pics of the inside soon.
