It is a beauty. I have a funny pear story. I ordered over the internet from the supermarket before Christmas which I don't usually do. Instead of ordering 4 pears, I ordered 4kg of pears. There were six bags of pears to use. If anyone wants pear recipes - I gathered one or two over the last couple of weeks, and made one up for myself!
