Dinner time for Fred & Ethel by samae

Dinner time for Fred & Ethel

This was taken last night when we fed them some more walnuts. We tried to make a nest out of a cardbox with some grasses so we could catch them. They weren’t interested. Sadly today we haven’t seen them at all not sure what’s happened.

Thanks for stopping by
Good thing it is getting warmer - they might survive!

At least they've had something to eat - hopefully they can find shelter. They are gorgeous.

I think that they can already be independent, but they will surely remember and visit this friendly place.

Delightful capture - squirrels are pretty good at knowing where food is obtainable - so they will hopefully be back in a day or so.
