Yesterday I walked the Te Puna Quarry. This is a picture of a fern growing in the bromeliad garden. It provides shade on the bare rock face the quarry gardens are built on.
@777margo taken around midday, strong sunlight on the leaves caught my eye @julzmaioro It was really hot and the shade was full of visitors. Yes the gardens have improved so much over the years along with the art work. It is such a public space though people tend to help themselves and take brass etc. @jacqbb - always my favourite in the bush
