We were invited into the vege and herb garden at Poderi Crisci Waiheke Island as they prepared our table for the main course. We chose the 'Long lunch' menu.
A few years ago (two decades) these lovely friends grew and harvested fresh herbs daily from their Pahoia plot providing local restaurants.
