A final picture from Chadwick Lakes – who knows when I’ll be back here even though it’s not too far from home. I haven’t managed to find out what species these birds are. I was amazed and lucky to find so many different birds at Chadwick Lakes – perhaps I never looked closely enough or I was there at the right time.

is it a wheatear? that's what I thought when I saw it and it's a summer visitor to us and a winter visitor to you - if that's all the same bird, I'm not so sure of the bottom two pictures
