There was a gathering of females of different ages at the George Bonello Dupuis Garden in Sliema. They were all trying to do the Zumba. Zumba is a Latin dance-inspired fitness programm. The gathering was organised by the Sliema Local Council to encourage females to do exercise. To me it didn’t appear to have been well attended – perhaps not much publicity was given to the occasion. However it was fun to watch them trying out the steps in front of and led by a lady fitness trainer.

My niece was using zumba as an exercise program after her son was born. I've never tried it, and it sounds fun, but I don't think I'd be brave enough to learn it for the first time out in public like these brave ladies! Fun shot.
Nice action shot, even if not well attended....I also like the number address on the building across the street one two one instead of 121...pretty neat!
