It took the sun not more than five minutes to disappear again behind the low clouds. This a sequence of shots taken from near Qalet Marku Tower. B&w looked nice to me as it brought out all the details of the scene that unfolded. I added the time of each shot to show how short the time lapse was for the sun to hide again behind the layer of clouds.

I’m always quite surprised the speed of the sun as it moves over the horizon. In our kitchen on a summer evening sometimes it’s in my eyes but we only have to wait five minutes & it’s moved away. Lovely shots of each stage.
