I wonder where the snowdrops are?
It snowed a lot last night. Fine powdery stuff that blows around a lot - not like the usual snow we get here which is wet and good for snowman creations.
This stuff has come all the way from Siberia apparently carried by the wind - 'The Beast from the East'.
Three good things
1. I don't have to go out as school is closed so I can drink lots of herbal tea/hot soup and hopefully have my singing voice back soon.
2. My little car.....Allan set off for work in my very old Toyota Corolla which goes well in snow. After 20 minutes there was a white out and he had to turn back....in a queue caused by two stuck trucks....so an hour and a half later he got home!
3. Time to catch up on school paperwork.....better go and do it!!!
Not fit to be out then where you are & worse tomorrow I believe! Take care of that car, our cars are worth so much to us whether old or new so nescesary to get about! Lovely snowy garden.
@happypat thank you Pat ...I wasn't even at the front door today....left that to Allan. And certainly wouldn't go anywhere in my car! Had a txt from school at 4.30 to say we're closed again tomorrow. Good to know in advance and then don't have to worry about overnight weather.
