Lovely place to find a gallery and the artist lived across the little lane in one of the small houses. She came to introduce herself and told us about her work. It was very good and presented for sale in ways to suit lots of budgets.
Three good things
1. The rain that was forecast stayed away till after tea time.
2. Mum happy on the phone after a lovely phone chat with a colleague of Dad's. His daughter had died recently and she wanted to get in touch.
3. The Repair Shop.....I just love watching it on BBC2. Such careful craftsmanship and such delight when owners see their treasure restored.
