Standing under the Beech tree in the sunshine this afternoon there were so many different thoughts.
Dad, Mum and I moved in to Number 3 when I was just one year old and the whole space is so much part of me. I know it's going to be very tricky working through so much treasure in the next phase of life.....not quite there yet.
Three good things
1. A comfortable day for Mum.
2. Special times with close friends and family.
3. Delicious food prepared by kind friends.
Just catching up with your posts, had to see how mum is doing. Good to hear she is comfortable & doing ok. A worrying time when loved ones become more frail & vulnerable. You sound reflective, these times do make you think of past times. It would have been my fathers 107 birthday today.
