These gorgeous lilies have opened so beautifully in the last few days and I loved the image and perfume in the lounge when I went to open the curtains this morning.
It's been a busy day, lots of new children to work with and unpredictable bits and pieces but got there!
Three good things
1. Snuggled in a new gilet that I hadn't worn to school before. Perfect for classrooms with windows and doors open!
2. A snooze after dinner!
3. Catch up chat with a friend
I used to buy lots of lilies when I was in the old house doing b&b. They lasted a long time, had a nice perfume & suited the place with its old furniture & darker rooms. I haven’t bought any for here though. You have to mind the pollen of course!

Thank you for your lovely comments. I loved the light dark contrast too. We have a Harris Tweed sofa and the rich colours of the tweed worked so nicely with the white lilies.
