Rather dreich day....ie wet, grey, chilly...but so lovely to spend the afternoon with Jonathan Sarah and Neil.
He's 11 weeks old and responding is fun. And being able to pop over to see them is great when the other family members are in far away places.
Three good things
1. Lovely catch up chat with David and family after breakfast. He was just back from a conference where he met up with a colleague from his school in Kiev...a while back. The world is quite small really!
2. Scones....a new recipe but worked out rather well.
3. Cosy house .... closing curtains to shut out the grey!
