I went in to help with the 1st grade Valentine party, and completely forgot to bring Matthew's little bag of activities. Luckily, a few crayons and a sheet of paper kept him occupied for a good portion of the party - especially once he discovered he could put crayons in his overalls pocket.
I was going to take a picture of him wearing a stick-on mustache for alphabet February - M is for Mustachioed Matthew - but in true toddler fashion he vehemently refused to have anything at all to do with the stick-on mustache, not even when I stuck it on a straw and tried to show him how to use it like a photo prop. That resulted in the mustache being ripped off the straw and crumpled into oblivion. So M is just for Matthew, and apparently he will not be growing a mustache. Ever. :)
