We Need To Say The Magic Words

"mi-ma ma-ma mi-mi-mow!"
(That's toddler speak for "meeska, mooska, Mickey Mouse!")

He's a little obsessed. I should probably be embarrassed that in his fairly small vocabulary, he's got names for for Mickey, Minnie and Donald, and that he can say "oh, Toodles". But 24 minutes of Mickey after the bus leaves gains me a clean(ish) kitchen and time to drink enough coffee to be a better mom for the rest of the day.

And yes, that is another Mickey in the background. I got him a set of little 2" tall Mickey & pals figures today just because. Feeding the obsession!

Love the toddler translation. I am also versed in toddler language although I don't recognize this dialect. :) I use the TV for a coffee breaks too.

@samzee Thanks - I suspect something is lost in the attempt to spell his babble, it's pretty understandable when he says it. :)

@pamdavis2015 Thank you. That was a happy accident. I was just taking a photo of Mickey, but Matthew climbed up to see what I was doing and started playing with little Mickey on the table too. Much more interesting!
