For whatever reason, the kids were super excited by the idea of going bowling today, so off we went. They only had one lane open when we got there, which meant that instead of the adults bowling in a regular lane and the kids bowling with bumpers, we all bowled with bumpers.
My score was pretty dismal even with bumpers. (To be fair, I don't think any of the three kids existed the last time I bowled, despite the oldest having a bowling party for her 8th birthday - I was too busy supervising and cleaning up spilled drinks to bowl a game myself.)
Anyway, a good time was had by all and they're already asking to go back!
Very cute shot. I've never see bowling lanes with bumpers! Course, I haven't touched a bowling ball in 15 years either. Sold my bag, ball, and shoes when we moved 13 years ago........
