@connie865 Connie: I used my Canon EOS 7D for this. It's about 3 or 4 years old and I think there is a newer/better model. The lens was a Canon 18-135MM zoom. I'm not particularly knowledgeable any more on the differences between cameras... my first SLR pre-digital days was a Nikon. I think it's hard to go wrong with either but would look at reviews to compare and assess what features are more important to you. I can say this... even after four years I'm still discovering features my camera has!
