Scene/Seen In my Head

It was right at freezing this morning but sunny and still. A little help with processing turned the scene into a digital painting.

I like the processing. Can I ask what processing software you use on most of your photos?

@khawbecker Thanks! At least 50% of what I upload are 3-raw-image HDR compilations further processed with Snapseed and PhotoToaster on my iPad. I rarely use ToonPhoto but just felt in the mood to use it on this one.
