TEXTURE AND A PICTURE

My get pushed partner
Dianna Coile ace- I challenge you to create a double exposure, either in-camera or in Photoshop.

Can you do Double Exposure with canon 60D? (Google)

Best Answer: No. There are a few digital SLR cameras that allow true double exposure, but yours is not one of them. While it can be done in a program such as Photoshop, to me, it simply does not look the same because you have too much control over the result. A natural double exposure is something that takes on a life of it's own with results that are completely unpredictable. If you want to do real double exposures, you can get a good used 35mm SLR, shoot your film at double it's ISO rating, and get real results.

So I will have to stick to Photoshop.

Great effect you have created.

I do wish he was smiling! I can't do a double exposure on my camera either but can take several photographs of exactly the same scene with different exposures and then meld them together!

I rather like this. (My Fuji X20 does double exposure but I've not found much use for it.)

@quietpurplehaze You should try. It seems to be very expensive to buy a camera with those functions here now.

@maggiemae Yes this was difficult to take due to his illness. But at least I have it.

@sdutoit

Sylvia, I think my problem is lack of ideas!

@quietpurplehaze Don't believe you! With the pretty pictures you take it should be easy and worth a try, The ones I like is mostly a face and a flower combined.

Interesting effect. I usually struggle to get the effect I want when doing it in camera but it can be fun just seeing what does come out.
